Kung Fu Fitness – Martial Arts Training

Kick start your day with Kung Fu Fitness!
A great mix of cardio and strength training with a martial arts flavour!

We train so we may be fitter, stronger, more confident in our abilities. We work both on and off the punching bags, in partnerships, small groups and solo. By the end of the session you will have targeted all area’s of the body including the mind.

The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels as exercises are adapted depending on your level to challenge you appropriately. When working in partnerships you are paired with someone of a similar fitness level so you can help each other along and achieve your own personal goals.

The strikes used in the fitness program are extremely effective in self defence however this class in focused on improving your fitness. Knowing Kung Fu and self defence is a fantastic life skill so attending the academy as a Kung Fu student is highly recommended if you are looking to learn how to properly defend yourself. The Kung Fu Fitness class backs up your training with to build your strength and speed up your reaction time.
