Technique of the Week – Shirt Grab Defence

In this weeks self defence technique, we learn how to defend against a shirt grab from the front.

This is one of many ways we can defend ourselves from a shirt grab and get out of such a scenario.

In our Kung Fu classes we teach the basics first which are often the simplest and effective ways to get out of a situation. As you progress in your learning the movements become a little more technical but no matter your size the techniques are based off momentum and are effective for your defence.
