Our annual and very special FREE White Ribbon Personal Safety Workshop is on again on the 27th November.

It is FREE for everyone – female & male over 13 years

White Ribbon is Australia’s campaign to prevent men’s violence against women and Shi Gong Chris Futcher-Coles, White Ribbon Ambassador, will be delivering a day full of powerful messages for both women & men as well as teaching the skills & knowledge required to defend yourself should you find yourself in a violent situation.

Invite your family, friends and neighbors as this information and training could possibly save their lives or prevent injury and abuse.

More than one woman a week is killed in Australia – this is a national crisis. So stand up, speak out and act to help bring about a nation in which women are respected and live in safety, including in their own homes.

Join us and take the White Ribbon oath to ‘stand up, speak out and act to prevent men’s violence against women. Together we will break the silence.
